Make your way to Crater Lake (please see Travel & Lodging for more details). Check in at the Crater Lake Lodge begins at 4pm.
Upon arrival, check in with Megan or Taylor, who will assist you with getting into your room. Everyone's room has been booked and paid for. All you need to do is show up!
Once you're settled, it's time to swap manly tales until dinner.
Dinner will be at the Lodge Restaurant (time TBA). Business casual attire is appropriate. The menu can be found Here!
After dinner, we'll continue to mingle (and drink) around the hotel. Feel free to join or head back to your room at your leisure.
Coffee and breakfast will be available in the Lodge Dining Room beginning at 7am.
We are meeting at 7:30am in the parking lot in front of the lodge. Business casual attire is appropriate. It may be cold, so come prepared.
Everyone will be consolidated into as few vehicles as possible for a very short (<15min) drive to the wedding location.
The wedding location is called Skell Head Overlook and is located on the East side of the lake. It does not require any hiking and is wheel chair accessible.
After the wedding, we will make our way back to the hotel. At this time, you are free to do as you please until the reception later that day.
Check out from the hotel is at 11am.
The reception will be at Taylor and Megan's house in Bend at 4pm. Wear casual attire. It is roughly 90min from Crater Lake to our house.
We will have catered food, drinks of all kinds, and cake! Please drink responsibly or arrange a Designated Driver / Ride Share.
